We are pleased to announce that the school has achieved Academy Status with effect from 6th September 2010.

The Cotswold School is a co-educational 11-18 comprehensive school, located in Bourton-on-the-Water. We serve the northern Cotswold area of Gloucestershire but our excellent reputation for academic success attracts pupils from the surrounding counties of Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
 
There are about 1100 pupils in the school including over 200 in the sixth form.
 
We have a proven track record in helping pupils to attain the highest possible grades at GCSE and A Level and this is recognised in our recent Ofsted Inspection in which we were awarded the highest accolade as an outstanding school.
 
The school became a Language College in 2002 and a Science College in 2007.

Sixth Form Information
Year 11 pupils into Year 12 to sign on at 1.30pm on Friday 3rd September.

Year 12 pupils into Year 13 to sign on during Tutor Period on Monday 6th September.

Please note that the school shop will be open for sale of school uniform on Thursday 2nd September from 10.00 am until 2.00 pm and on
Friday 3rd September from 10.00 am until 2.00pm.
