You are automatically a member of the Cotswold School PTA if you are a parent, guardian, staff member or a friend of the school.
Those who attend our meetings appreciate the fact that they are brief, informal and informative, and that none of our fundraisers or events are particularly arduous!
We recognise that all of us are increasingly busy people (life just seems to get busier at secondary school level!) so we concentrate on events that provide maximum return for our wonderful school while keeping the workload to a minimum. Of course, many hands make light work, so everyone is welcome.
Objectives of the PTA:
– To raise funds that will give Cotswold School students extra facilities that might not be provided by government funding.
– To extend relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school.
– To provide social events where everyone can meet in an informal, friendly setting.
If you would like to know more, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the school via CONTACT US
How do we raise money?
The Cotswold School PTA uses the school field for public parking about ten days a year. This raises thousands of pounds for the school – depending on the weather!
We also offer other groups the opportunity to run the car parking service for a small charge, to help their own fundraising efforts.
We are always looking for help with car parking – even if just for an hour or two once a year! For anything to do with car parking, please contact: email@example.com
You will see members of the PTA serving drinks, nibbles and ice creams at a variety of school functions and concerts. Help is always welcome and can be on an ad hoc basis!
We have very popular Quiz Nights each year which are a lot of fun and raise sizeable sums for the school.
For any of our events, bring along a few friends for a very entertaining evening with refreshments and licensed bar.
