Great news! Mrs Lewis, Mr Ind and Miss Trott have issued out the ‘greens’ (MTP) kit to cadets! As kit is not normally supplied, we have been very fortunate that kit and boots have been donated by other schools, for which we are extremely grateful. The RAF ‘blues’ uniform is on order and should hopefully be with us soon.

Last week, cadets had a lesson in beret moulding and learnt some static drill commands and the all-important salute, and today they learnt about security. After a briefing on Op Wideawake and Op Roundup, cadets had to search the school’s external site for ‘suspicious’ bags and people. Staff (plus a Sixth Former!) were challenged to show ID and reports were then sent back to base classroom if a suspicious blue person was spotted.
