Many students will now build on their success in our Sixth Form
Deputy Headteacher and Head of Key Stage 4, Mr Smith, congratulated the school’s Year 11 pupils, the majority of whom have already chosen to continue with their studies at our outstanding Sixth Form.
He said,
“This has been an incredibly tough year for young people. Their results reflect the hard work and determination that they put into their learning and they fully deserve the success they have achieved.
“Teachers at The Cotswold School are immensely proud of all our students and we wish them all the best in their next steps.”
The outstanding story of the day featured three students – Tori, Ella and Alessandro – who were awarded between eight and 10 grade 9 GCSEs apiece and also achieved grade A’s in Additional Mathematics. They are just three of the students who excelled across a broad range of subjects, many of whom are planning to remain at The Cotswold School to pursue their A Levels.
