What a fantastic show! Our talented cast and crew put on three performances of Disney’s High School Musical at the end of last term, the culmination of months of hard work and dedication.
Cast, crew, musicians, artists, stage management and production – every member of the High School Musical team excelled, with a sell-out audience at every performance.
High School Musical centres around the blossoming relationship between Troy, a high school jock, and Gabriella, the new smart girl at East High School. After singing together on holiday, and rediscovering each other at school, they make a surprise decision to audition together for the school show, ‘Juliet and Romeo’, encountering obstacles along their way. The acting, singing, dancing, music, scenery, props, costumes, sound and lighting brought the whole production to life, with audiences captivated throughout.
Many students worked for weeks to build and paint the fabulous set and create props. Bourton Primary School children were our first audience, followed by friends and families watching the later performances.
Thank you to everyone that came along to support.
A huge congratulations to everyone involved, you were all amazing!
