From harp performances to West End workshops

Reuben practises for grade exam

Reuben in Year 10 invited an audience to help him prepare for his Grade 7 Harp exam.

Staff and students attended a beautiful lunchtime concert, which included Nocturne and Fire Dance by David Watkins, Siciliana by Carlos Salzedo adn Etude de Concert ‘Au Matin’ by Marcel Tournier.

Years 7 and 8 treated to a musical masterclass

We welcomed back to our school West End musical director Pete Woollard, who has provided entertaining and insightful workshops with us in the past. It was great to be able to hold some musical sessions for all Year 7 and Year 8 students. Pete also coached Year 7 Orchestra and our Year 12 Music A Level students.
