Miss Franklin sews scrubs for NHS workers

Our Head of Textiles, Miss Franklin, came into school to put our equipment to use as she made sets of scrubs – clothing for hospital workers – to support the NHS.

She found out about the need through www.scrubhub.org.uk, a network of voluntary community groups. The organisation brings together those who have some sewing skills, making scrubs to order for NHS staff who have been struggling to get them during the coronavirus crisis.
