Poppy’s business idea wins £500 prize in The Cotswold Challenge, 2021.
The online business that she set up during lockdown 2020, called “poppybubbles”, came first in the Innovation and Entrepreneurial Thinking category.
In the second year of The Cotswold Challenge, Year 11-13 students from many local schools and colleges sent in their artwork, photographs, poems, stories, inventions or business ideas to be evaluated by expert and experienced judges including Lady Bathurst, Adam Henson and Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen.
Poppy’s business, which she runs online and through Instagram, combines the need to unwind and relax with a clever subscription and ordering system and support for a charity that is close to her heart: Young Minds.
