PC Davis’s visits inform and support students
Schoolbeat officer, PC Davis, is one of the team visiting schools across Gloucestershire to help children understand issues of internet safety and crime, which they may hear about or encounter.
Schoolbeat sessions start at primary school in Year 6 and continue through to Year 9. On recent visits to present and discuss issues with Year 8s, PC Davis said that the students had come to recognise her; asked sensible and thoughtful questions about a wide range of scenarios, many of them challenging and difficult topics.
