Mr Ind, Miss Trott and Mrs Lewis recently visited RAF Benson for a pre-Combined Initial Course (CIC), before their CIC Course at RAF Cramwell later in the year. Whilst at the base, they were introduced to Officers’ Mess etiquette; learnt about leadership, basic drill and drill assessment; were shown uniform presentation and inspections and ID photographs; and familiarised themselves with the RAF. The pre-CIC is required before the trio take part in the CIC course at RAF Cramwell later in the year.
