National Cup, The Cotswold School vs Kingston Academy

The Cotswold School Under 13s team played in the National Cup against Kingston Academy this week, with another fantastic performance! The team had great possession and play throughout the match, but went into half time 1-0 down after an excellent strike from the Kingston centre forward. The Cotswold School responded with some excellent attacking play from Lotte and Mali, with Abi equalising with a great individual goal, and then she quickly doubled her tally. Abi extended the Cotswold lead with her hat-trick goal and the team secured a win.

With a winning score of 3-2, the team will go onto the 5th round of the National Cup competition, facing Sir Bernard Lovell Academy next Thursday. Well done and good luck!
