Last weekend, The Cotswold School gave two amazing drama and music performances.

As part of the National Theatre Connections Festival 2023, the cast and crew of the fabulous ‘Strangers Like Me’ took to the North Wall Theatre stage for their final performance. During the weekend, students were also given the opportunity to participate in workshops; from beat box to physical theatre and hip hop.

Thank you to everyone involved – your hard work and dedication have been incredible! From acting and singing to music and lighting; props, costumes, and stage design; direction; we have seen a brilliant team effort.

This weekend also saw an amazing performance from ‘Back in Black’ at Cheltenham Jazz Festival, in the ‘Jazz It Up’ tent. The band performed new and exciting pieces, alongside some of our favourites. For Year 13 students Ben and Lara, this was their last Jazz Festival – we would like to thank them for their commitment over the years.
