The Cotswold School has a dedicated Special Education Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo), Mrs Thomas; a trained team of Teaching Assistants and a dedicated Inclusion Officer.

The SEND department produces its own annual report which is presented to governors.  Additionally, the SEND department is regularly visited by school governors who have the specific responsibility to inspect Special Education Needs and Disabilities provision at The Cotswold School.
