Year 12 Geography students recently visited the Dorset coastline, learning about coastal processes and the formation of different coastal landforms through visiting Chesil Beach, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove.
During the day students collected primary fieldwork data, investigating how and why the beach characteristics change along Chesil Beach, as well as collecting sediment data to explore whether it varied between the beach at Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove.
