We’re delighted to share some fantastic news about Alfie, who was recently selected to represent a select ice hockey team at the U13 Bauer World Cup Series in Tours, France. Playing up an age group, Alfie rose to the challenge brilliantly, competing against some of the strongest U13 teams in the world, including sides from Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Poland and a Canadian select team. He made an immediate impact, recording an assist in his team’s opening 5–2 victory, and helped the team secure an impressive 8th place finish overall. It’s wonderful to see Alfie’s hard work and dedication paying off, and we’re proud that his involvement in school sport, including hockey and floorball, has supported his development along the way.
